The Springfield Mo real estate market took a large drop with 194 homes selling in October 2010, compared to 279 in October
2009. This time last year we had the Government incentive that was helping drive the market.
The lowest price home in Springfield .....1 bedroom, 1 bath, 440 Sq. Ft. sold for $14,0000 in 1 day. The highest price that sold.....a 6 bedroom, 5 bath home with 5316 Sq. Ft. sold for $855,000 in 768 days. The average selling price was $137,535.
Currenty there are 1459 homes for sale on the market.
