First, let me say this is a Congrats only post...The purpose of this post is to Congratulate 6 CSP trained stagers who are Finalists in the RESA Home Staging Industry Awards which will be awarded at the January, 2011 RESA Convention.
Chris Bird, Sally Weatherley, Jennifer Donovan-Faubert, Nancy Hoag, Monica Stanciu, Maureen Bray GOOD job ladies. There are a number of things I can say about this. First all of your experiences have brought you to this point and you have much to be proud of. I hope you'll take a moment just to relish in that fact alone. You are finalists in your category. Distinguishing yourselves through your work and voted on by your peers. That has got to be rewarding in and of itself.
Next you are doing the work you love and choose to do, how much better than that does it get? To do what you do best and receive recognition and accolades, Priceless.
I for one am proud of you and how you represent the staging and real estate industry. I'd be proud to introduce you to my peers and clients. I hope I join many others in wishing you good luck and best wishes for your continued success. In my book you are already winners.
Is it the CSP training that prepares people for successful careers as a large representation in this industry or is it that they draw nothing but the best? Either way, I congratulate CSP for continually raising the bar and you for the continual upping the bar in your business. CSP graduates come from all countries and all kinds of previous trainings with common threads of professionalism, commitment, integrity and continual self and business improvement. Chritsine Rae is a former RESA Innovator of the YEAR and Product of the YEAR winner for the Staging Magazine "Staging Standard", as well. I can't wait to see what they do next.
BEST of luck ladies on the awards. Enjoy the CSP Convention on January 26, 2011...Strategize to Succeed. Can't wait to see what Bodine Belasco brings...I heard him at the CAR convention a couple of years ago, he's amazing and can bring your gifts out of you like no other speaker. Amazing talk, just suspend judgment and go along for the ride, he'll take you to new heights in your life and business.
