Listings in both counties were up but minimally (under 50 except in condos).  The good news is that sales were up over last month in both single family and condo and in both counties.  A serious error was noted in the October figures for condos in Palm Beach.  The huge disparity has occurred before and I can only chalk it up to technology and my not checking my figures before posting.  ;-(
