The data was obtained from the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service which covers Fairfield County (Greenwich, Darien, and New Canaan have their own separate MLS systems, but some listings are posted on both CMLS and the town specific MLS).
Longest Days on Market: 2,028 days (new construction in Greenfield Hill section of Fairfield built in 2007)
Smallest Home (excluding mobile homes): 400 SF (Greenfield Hill 1 BR cottage on 1.95 acres of land)
Largest Home: 26,000 SF (Greenwich)
Most Expensive Listing on the Market: $29,000,000 (Belle Haven section of Greenwich)
Least Expensive Listing on the Market (excluding mobile homes): $30,400 (4 BR, 1.5 BA home in Bridgeport)
Most Expensive Sale (in past 5 years): $25,000,000 (Greens Farms area of Westport) - CMLS does not include the sale of Leona Helmsley's home in Greenwich for $35,000,000, but this was in the news
Least Expensive Sale (in past 5 years): $28,000 (Bridgeport)
Most Bedrooms: 14 (Darien)
Most Bathrooms (full): 9 (New Canaan)
Oldest Home on the Market: 1675 (Saltbox in Norwalk)
