Bumper StickerFunny Bumper Sticker..and Speaking of Christmas Lights

So here it is Christmas AGAIN!  How will the Sellers decorate their house and yet still allow enough of the house visible to the buyers?

Here's a bumper sticker that says it all.

As agents we probably should explain to the Sellers to be gentle with the decorations and not go over board with "stuff".

We might suggest to them to wrap empty boxes instead of the real gifts.  Small boxes can easily be taken away.

Instead of lights on the house they could put colored spotlights facing the house.  Hopefully they won't use the ugly ice cycles dripping off the roof.

Sellers should remember that visible space is important and should try to keep areas as open as possible.

Remind them to take down the decorations after Christmas and not after Springtime sets in.

I love this bumper sticker.  I've seen so many houses that are over decorated.  You know the ones, where you look at them and say "what were they thinking?"

Hi Chris and Patty...thanks for mentioning the gift wrapping of empty boxes.  I never thought about the issue of theft with Christmas gifts.  Merry Christmas.

My favorite are the lights still up well after Christmas.  Why not just put a rider on the for sale sign - I don't take care of my home ... first impressions drip all over the home.  Good reminder that less is best not only for interior decor but for wise placement of Christmas decor.  Don't hide the view with a huge Christmas Tree!

Well, as a lazy "under-decorator", I can respect this view... but I sure don't mind seeing the lights in someone elses neighborhood that I'm not listing a home!  ;-)

Vicki, one of neighbors puts out huge wooden animals and thinks they are "the thing" It's really bad

Judith..sometimes little fingers do the walking,

Connie, putting a huge tree in a small area just makes it worse

#4 (I didn't see your name) Yes, love the lights in other neighborhoods just not on my listing

Barbara..Thank you
