Guilford Tree Lighting 2010
The cold temperatures last night sdidn't stop hundreds of people from attending the Guilford Tree Lighting on the Guilford Town Green.
It was a night full of activities and festivities. There's nothing like a little bit of New England charm to get you in the holiday spirit . The churches, shops, boutiques, and homes surrounding The Green were alive with bright sparkling lights and decorations.
Many businesses remained opened during the event to the great delight of early arrivers providing food and drink and a wonderful opportunity to get some early shopping done.
Many of our associates and their families braved the cold and had great fun last night as we played Christmas music, giving out popcorn and hot apple cider to all of the passerbys in front of our Guilford RE/MAX office. We even had a RE/MAX balloon!
It was a wonderful night to kick off the holidays at the Guilford Tree Lighting. My camera was not very cooperative last night so these photos are not of the best quality but hopefully you'll enjoy them anyway.
