With our struggling economy I am seeing and hearing from many charitable organizations that many families are being forced to cut back on giving or are choosing to give a lot less. With this happening it is so important that whatever you can afford to give that you choose wisely and give where it will do the most good.
Do your research and make sure the charity will use your contribution wisely. Here are several websites that rate charities.
