For the past 6 months I’ve been looking at our Louisville KY Real Estate market and trying to sort out the good from the bad. Specifically what do we as Realtors do "right" and what do we get "wrong". The good news is there’s a lot that we do that’s good. The bad news is some of my fellow realtors don’t get the basic theory that the picture is worth a thousand words. All too often buyers look at listings that offer a handful of pictures that are dark, blurry or poorly framed. I’ve always been a fan of high quality photographs. In fact I’ve invested a lot of money in photography gear. (See our video tours in this post below).
But looking to 2011 I’ve made the decision to add a high end walking video tour for each of our listings (see the other video in this post).
