List or not to List??? We have to be honest with our sellers - ALWAYS!

I have made myself a promise for 2011! 
Because of today's economy and situation I promise that I will only take listings
that I honestly feel that I can sell during the listing period we list them for and
that I can do a great job for my sellers. 

I have always been very honest with all of my sellers, however, sometimes I
found myself taking listings that I knew when I listed them that they were
overpriced.  I believe that honesty is the best in everything you do.  It is OK
to be honest and walk away from a listing that you feel it is overpriced. 

So, I want all my colleagues to know that when they show a listing of mine
it will be priced right.  Let's network and sell all the listings we list.
