Active Rain Screen Capture A Free Screen Capture Tool

I was asked by a friend how to do a screen capture. I use SnagIt which is a great software package, but you do have to pay for it.

But there is a free resource you can use if you have a PC. I know it is available on windows vista and windows 7. You might see if it is available on yours.

If you go to programs, then accessories, then snipping tool. Click on snipping tool and it will bring up the tool. You have to be in the document or screen you want to capture. Click capture and then save as. I usually save mine as a .jpg so they will be like regular photos you use in your blog.

Debra, thanks for this great little tool for the Agent's Toolbox! I was not aware of this & must try it out! I have used ctrl + print screen & then pasted into Word or something, but this sounds very clever!
