Just wanted to share some insight most of you know but for the new agents out there. I never say no to researching information when somebody contacts me from the internet about the Antelope Valley where I live. In fact as strange as this may sound to you, when I was driving last weekend to work for my sellers I got a call from a potential customer who wanted to know if I could find them a pony to buy for a 4 year olds birthday. My husband said are you a house dealer or horse dealer! Anyway I tend to do a lot of research for horse folks. I have started to get buyer referrals from those that I have helped in the past. So for the new agents take the time to be helpful you never know who your next buyer will be or who may refer them.
And,,,, yes I found them a pony to buy. A horse property specialist who does it all!
