Short sales have put food on my table in 2010. . and also got me to Hawaii for a family vacation this year. .

One of the reasons why,  is accumulated knowledge.. I'm a sponge into learning the easiest, the fastest and the best materials out there to help me do better in 2011. .

One of the things I did in 2009 was to become a CDRS with Michael and Stacy from the America's Home Rescue Institute

If you think short sales will be again the dominant factor in your market in 2011. .I got great news for you!

Go to this original blog from Michael and Stacy and read the comments. .YOU WILL GET A FREE ONLINE COURSE ABOUT SHORT SALES.

DEADLINE IS midnight 2010

The clock is ticking. . what are you waiting for?

If Short Sales will reportedly be a large part of our market in 2011, what do you think is the general attitude toward working them across America?  There are so many mixed feelings from agents and brokers about working them, yet hundreds of thousands of homeowners continue to face foreclosure.  Many accept that they're a part of the market and will be for some time.  Many others continue to close their eyes and hope these market conditions will pass.  As we quickly approach 2011, what is the general consensus in your area and how do YOU feel about Short Sales?

Fernando, short sales are here to stay, and those who don't understand, who don't take the time to learn all they can will not only lose themselves, but they will do their clients a big dis-service.

Thank you! I am off to check this out.

I like to see agents who are working short sales be knowledgeable about what is expected to get these transactions closed. There is nothing worse than working with a well-meaning listing agent who has no experience or training with short sales.

Yes, it appears that Short Sales will be around for awhile. I have avoided them in the past and had other professionals advise me to do the same. You have made me realize that it would be best to learn more through training.

Thanks for re-blogging this post, Fernando, and congratulations on becoming an expert at short sales.  So many agents avoid them because they don't really know how to work them.  Thanks for enlightening us.
