Nick, one of the interesting things about blogging here is reading about prices in other parts of the country! These look like really great places and cost less than a parking place in a Georgetown condo here in DC!

Jackie-thanks and I have gotten some response from readers who found this post.

Ellen-the prices are right especially considering the convenience of the location.

Toni-I actually did a little research on that, there were many textile mills in this area and it's quite possible the name came from the land owner or business. Not sure though because I haven't been able to confirm it.

Patricia-isn't it wild how much people are paying for deeded parking spaces? I know one that sold in Chicago a few years ago for just under $200,000.
