Livermore real estate transactions

Real estate activity in Livermore was slowest in December compared to the last 12 months:

-         There were fewer homes sold.

-         Home prices declined.

-         Marketing time was longer.

-         New listings dropped.

With 253 active listings and 186 pending sales, Livermore has about 5 months’ worth of housing inventory, i.e., based on the past 3 month-average, it will take 5 months to clear out the current properties on the market.

Regular sales dominate the housing market, although short sales are held up in the pending pipeline.

It is wise to assess the market condition, including home prices, before making that giant step in pursuit of the American dream!
