If They're Out There Today, They Are Definitely Serious Buyers

If there's a buyer out there today for one of those very few Open Houses, then they are very serious buyers. 

It's Championship Sunday for the National Football League. So what for so many other people around the world, but having been so foolish as to have early open houses on days like today, I have learned that lesson.

It's mid January, it's bitter cold, with a brutal wind chill. It's a perfect day to cocoon; to do finger presses in anticipation of quick flashes with the remote. It's not like Super Bowl Sunday where the advertisements are prepped to draw attention, that's another thing all together.

This is Championship Sunday. This is when the two finalists will be determined for Super Bowl.

3: 00 PM it's Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears for the NFC Title

6:30 PM it's the New Jersey Jets against the Pittsburgh Steelers for the AFC Title

The unknown winners get to play for the NFL Title on Feb 6, 2011 at the new Dallas Stadium. That's another day to look for a serious Buyer as Super Sunday will be another light day for Open Houses with the to be determined Packers against the not yet Steelers.
