TIME FOR THE PLAYOFFS ~ WHO IS GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL ~
This is Frank's favorite day of the year ~ the Playoffs ~ It's also his birthday today ~ What a great birthday ~
The Packers (12 - 6) at the Bears (12 - 5)
The Packers beat the Bears 10 - 3 at Green Bay on January 2, 2011 which was a must win for them to get into the playoffs. Although the Bears played hard they had already clinched a bye in the first round and this was not a must win game for them. Will they do it again? It's a toss up, any one can win this game. You can't predict who is going to win this game. For example the Seattle Seahawks, the only team to ever make the playoffs with a losing record, defeated the defending Super Bowl champions, the New Orleans Saints in the opening round of the playoffs.
As we all know on any given Sunday, a crazy bounce or a missed call, can affect the outcome of a game.
The Jets (13 - 5) at Steelers (13 - 4)
The Jets beat the Steelers at Pittsburgh on December 19, 2010. The Jets rushed for 106 yards, the most allowed by the Steelers defense this year. The Jets will probably need to repeat this performance to win this game. This shapes up to be a very defense oriented game. Although the Jets defense shut down Peyton Manning and Tom Brady in their two previous games. "Big Ben" appears to be at the top of his game. This game will probably come down to an untimely turnover or a big play on offense.
Our Predictions
The Packers win because Aaron Rodgers is the hottest quarterback going into this weekend.
The Jets are sentimental pick because our hometown Giants didn't make the playoffs.
