COLD WEATHER WARNING!
Cold Weather is upon us....RECORD COLD
1. Bring in Pets and plants.
2. Wrap any exterior pipes and water bibs
3. Set pool pumps to ON so they keep the water circulating
4. Open interior cabinets which contain water pipes and drains.
5. Do not use space heaters that burn fossil fuels in unvented areas.
6. Have an alternative form of heat available in case of power outage (firewood).
7. Have at least 3 days of food and bottled water available.

You are so right! Preparation for the cold makes a big difference in avoiding unnecessary repairs!
HINT: Clamp a painter's lamp near a pipe that backs up to an outside wall. The bulb is safely inside a "shade". Just that 25 watt or 40 watt bulb will help to keep the pipe from freezing!
