It was a cold day today in Pullman WA. I've lived in Pullman WA for almost eight years now. I know snow, cold and some pretty mighty wind storms. Today it was extremely cold. Now it could be that we've had a relatively mild winter this year, so maybe I'm spoiled, but it was very cold today.
Don't get me wrong. I love the Palouse. I love the incredible landscape that our region offers, the sweet people of of the Palouse and I love my WSU Cougs...but it was absolutely freezing out there today. The sun was shining, there wasn't a cloud in the sky but my nose froze as I walked very, very briskly to my car.
I am looking forward to Spring. Come on! It can't be that far away. Are we getting close? Please say yes!! And until this cold weather passes, I will ask
"Is Spring around the corner yet"?
