Success Story Update on Atlanta (Buckhead) Tenant Office Lease-Referral

By

Five Piedmont Center Buckhead - Atlanta

Its a done deal- We located the choices for a Professional Office in Buckhead, narrowed down to three with one being the favorite and negotiated the terms. All parties, the tenant, Landlord and Brokers negotiated in good faith and made the process smooth and easy.

The tenant a CPA firm now has a first floor upgraded lobby suite, covered parking, full amenities etc.

To seize the low rates which are present in Buckhead the tenant signed a 5 year lease with controllable increases in rent.

This was a direct referral from an Active Rain member who is the firm's attorney--thank you.

Below is a direct qute from the Managing Partenr of the firm via email:

"Thanks so much, Rick!  We loved working with you and appreciate your help more than you know!  We'll have to have you over soon to help us christen the office when we get all set up and going."

Ellen"

Thank you

If Lenox Park had some vacancy's it would have been considered. The location, surroundings and minimal traffic would have made it a great option.

I would be interested in knowing what precautions you take to ensure the building owners are financially sound. My fear is if I sign a lease, pay moving, voice /data, decor etc. expenses that the landlord may be foreclosed upon. If that occurs would my firm be forced to move out?
