Douglas County residents hoping to make their money work for them are invited to a one hour workshop "Where's my money?" set for Saturday, October 6, presented and sponsored by Key Access Point Realty that will take place at the Douglas County Public Library.

Where's my money? Is a phrase you may hear a lot when you've depleted all of your financial resources and you still have bills to pay, still have to put gas in your car, still have to buy your kids sneakers, still have to put food on the table, still have to save money for college, still have to save money for retirement, still have to do "stuff". After all is said and done, where did your money go?
If you've been good with keeping more money than you spend have you been keeping it in the right places. Are you applying your money so it works for you and builds more than 2% interest. Is where your money is now going to give you a tax break at the end of the year. Is your money currently making you 20% interest over the next 12 months. Is your money working for you?
If so.. great then attend the workshop and tell everyone how you're doing it. If you aren't sticking to your budget, don't have a financial statement, don't know what a personal financial statement is, and your money isn't working for you not Uncle Sam, then we will see you Saturday October 6th, 2007 in the large meeting room to the right at Douglas County Public Library. We'll discuss all areas of finances that we come across on a frequent basis from people like you. Come, ask questions, get answers, make a plan!! Plus it's free.. nothing is more expensive and indestructible than education. So join us and let's brainstorm on how you can better yourself, make a plan and take action!
