One of my Active Rain favorites Kaera Mims-Associate Broker,e-PRO REALTOR® of EXIT REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS IN NEWPORT NEWS,VA wanted to give me a referral via Facebook. But I told her that I don't do that area.  So I referred her to one of my many Active Rain favorites Real Estate Agent Superstar Tamara Inzunza 

 

My birthday was nineteen days ago and Tamara gave me this AMC Gift card (I guess she knows that I love watching good movies since I still want to make films one day).

 

 

 

 

And she was nice enough to send this handwritten note card with it.
