RED FEATHER LAKES, NORTHERN COLORADO

Have you ever gotten yourself into a rut? UGH.. same ole same ole and in the process you forgot to live.   That everyday striving to pay the bills, keep up the pace and focus, focus, focus on real estate - day in, day out, everyday. Monday is suddenly Thursday and before you know it Sunday is here and everyday was the same.

With the ever changing weather here lately in Colorado it reminded me that even the eco system understands the need for change. That it can not do the same thing everyday - heat needs a break, moisture needs to fall, rain, snow, sunshine are all equally important. Each season, each day has a purpose.

Maybe each day as we wake up we can ask ourselves.

What do I have in my life to be grateful for?

What can I do differently today that I did not do yesterday even if the goal is the same?

Do I literally need to time block in "stopping to breathe and take in all the beauty around me"

This blog is nothing more than to have us stop and ask ourselves.. Is life passing us by without "Us" really appreciating life?

One advantage to living in a small town like mine- it slows you down and helps you appreciate life more.
