I'm transplanted from NY to OH to NJ to Baton Rouge to N. Padre Island, TX.
I've traveled to many parts of the country, including to your neighbhorhood in St. Louis. I've been up the Arch. WOW from the top. I could feel the Arch move... it definitely sways! Fantastic restaurants in St. Louis near that restored old central train station.
It's warm throughout most of the year. I'll be running my AC perhaps 10 months out of the year. I don't miss the cold northern-midwestern weather. Great places to visit, but you can't beat the Southern weather!
How did you like the video? I think videos will rule for real estate. I do videography on the side as well as many other things. Have to be diversified in this business if we're not one of the top dogs who have been fortunate to have been in it during the very great real estate market runs.
