You bet ya I have and if you have been in this business you have also. This market will have a lot of people do this and I believe they are shooting themselves in the foot. This not only goes to sellers but buyers to. Now it’s our job to work through these problems as most of them can be resolved. The meaning of (ter’ji ver sat’) to turn one’s back, decline, shift. How many buyers and sellers have been given a good if not great deal and wanted more therefore killing the best offer?
<sigh> Sadly, I have seen this far too often as have many in the industry. Good word...

Good morning James. I have worked with quite a few tergiversaten clients. lol To be honest though, this is probably not a word I will be throwing at them when they leave. lol
James, good choice of words. My week has been filled with people doing just that. Taking the day off, recharging the batteries and going back at it tomorrow.
You don't have to be in the business very long in this market to have this happen to you.
