The good news is the phone is ringing again. Went to an investors meeting on Wednesday night and 60 new people showed...room was packed. If this year is anything like last I’m sure I’ll be inspecting more foreclosures than end user sales. In most cases not a problem.
However, due to winter these houses may or may not of been winterized. Lets assume they have. I would suggest client and agent alike to double check prior to inspection that the home has been de-winterized prior to inspection.
Last year I went on more than I care to count homes that the job was half done, worse not done at all. End result money lost for all parties involved.
