Our processing team is a team that has over 50 years of combined experience, and they know how to structure a deal in today's market and to review options for our bank clients that they may not have thought of or have available yet in today's changing market.  Our closing and funding department staff knows how important it is that the homes that you work so hard to get your clients into get funded the SAME day in which the transaction closes. 

We help local community banks offer the following: FHA Loans, including 203(k) rehab loans, VA loans, USDA Rural Housing Loans, and Conventional Fixed Rate and Arm Loans.
