The "Spring Breakers" have hit Fort Lauderdale, FL!

Yes, they are here! However, they have been very nice. I had one person call me to ask me what the rules of the road were here in Fort Lauderdale.

I was shocked. I mean it wasn't like they were looking for a rental, to buy, or anything of the sort. They were looking for someone to tell them the rules they needed to stick by so as not to get into trouble.

Why call a REALTOR(r), I guess they trust our knowledge of the area. I didn't mind. They were very polite and just didn't want to get into trouble.

ISN'T THAT A CHANGE?

They found my card at the hotel they were staying at...

I'm proud of these kids, trying to make sure they followed the rules and trusted me to guide them in the right direction... Glad that I could help.

Karen- It IS nice that they're back and with manners too! I remember about 20 years ago when we first moved here. I drove my husband's daughter down to the beach and it was just like in the movies. Kids everywhere ! Welcome back Spring Breakers!!!

That is great they called you. Always nice for the economy to have spring breakers plus it encourages them to move to the area after college if they have a good experience.

It's amazing, it's a new classier group of kids... I guess maybe it's the economy...Unfortunately, some kids couldn't afford it this year.

That's great that they called you! I heard kids went down to Padre Island here in Texas. Let's hope they all return home safely, no matter where they spend their Spring Break and keep the beaches clean when they leave.
