Nice report. Home buyers sure get a lot of house for the money in your market.

Many should be taking advantage of the attractive prices and low interest rates to purchase this spring. Those that plan to use FHA financing have an extra incentive to get under contract and have case numbers assigned before April 18th when the cost of mortgage insurance will increase.

Kim...I'm a relative newbie myself. Still lots to learn but I do learn a little more each day. The foot is still on the mend...tomorrow is my 15 day checkup. I'm hoping the doc removes the stitches, puts me in a hard cast, and tells me I can put pressure on the foot. I'm fed up of my crutches. LOL
