Today we visited homes for sale in Littleton CO, at Chatfield Bluffs. Home prices range from Low 200's to Low 400's. Homes were built between 1997 and 1999. Traditional style architecture with 2 story and some Ranch models.
The subdivision is not very big compared to some others in the Denver Metro area. But we think the smaller size creates a intimate setting to live.
What makes Chatfield Bluffs at Littleton so special is its close proximity to Jefferson County open space: Hildebrand Ranch Park, Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield and Chatfield State Park.
