Pretty much the breakdown I calculated for Viera, Suntree and Rockledge last week. People don't realize that 2 out of 3 houses for sale in many areas are standard sales.

Gary, It's interesting when we put it in this format, isn't it? Really tells an interesting story. The Palm Bay market is a bit different though. Regular sales and short sales are running neck in neck.

Just a shade under 40% of the non normal properties Sandy. I wish that number would come down for your area. Some people think this is ok, I don't for the regular seller's sakes.

Gary, This does make it a bit of a challenge for the regular seller that is competing with the short sales and the foreclosure properties on the market.
