Flagstaff Foreclosures in Surrounding Areas Since Last Week

Flagstaff foreclosures--since last week there are 3 more foreclosures in the surrounding areas of Flagstaff. That is the same number of foreclosures as compared to last week. This search is of foreclosures put on the market since last Tuesday. It includes single family, townhomes, manufactured homes and condos in the surrounding areas of Flagstaff. These numbers seem low compared to other areas, but our area hasn't been hit as hard as other areas, so this has been pretty consistent.  The average asking price of this list is $168,333, which is down by over $98,000 from last week. The average price per square foot of these is $83.81, which is also down from last week by about $27. This is a lot of area between these, but it gives a good snapshot of the rural areas of Flagstaff and towns surrounding Flagstaff.
