When searching for a home in the Denver suburbs, school boundaries are sometimes a very important qualifier for the search location. The Douglas County School District has 4 high schools located in Highlands Ranch, and Highlands Ranch High School is one of them.
Highlands Ranch High School serves students in some of the north-east side neighborhoods of Highlands Ranch but also includes many of the Lone Tree neighborhoods.
Kids that have Highlands Ranch High School as their home school generally feed from Cresthill Middle School which is located just next door to the high school.
Colorado is an open enrollment state, and once a year Colorado residents have the opportunity to enroll their children at any public school if there is room. However some schools are at or near capacity, and living within the school's geographic boundaries can sometimes be the only or best way to be certain of enrollment. Additionally, if you do not live within the school boundaries, school bus will not be a transportation option for you.
Here are all of the homes available for sale in the Highlands Ranch High School boundaries - which is part of the Douglas County School District.
