New Running Shoes

I am not sure if it's Spring Fever, my wife being home safe from South East Asia or my new book coming out soon, but VB has a "New Attitude" ...

I purchased a new pair of Running Shoes the other day and started running over at Red Rock Canyon only 10 minutes from my home. I usually hike the Red Rock area but now I am running the trails.

Today I purchased 4 new suits with shirts and ties so I can look good at my book signings coming this Summer. I am pumped and no I won't be wearing my new Running Shoes with my new suits ... "The Colors Don't Match!"

Way to go Bob! I love the freedom I feel when I am running. When I was in Vegas in December, the Rock-n-Roll Marathon was a great race. You should think about doing it. Next year it will be held at night on the strip. How fun will that be?

VB - I love trail running because I can take my dog Lucy and get outside and just go! Not to mentiontrails are easier on the knees! However, I don't look nearly as stylish as I'm sure you do - my trail running shoes are usually caked with mud and I throw on anything that's comfortable and usually don't match!
