Minnesota's Early colors of Spring!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

Today is one of those days that can make a guy smile.  It is gloomy and rainy bordering on snow, but I smile loving every minute of it.

WHY?  Because when the skies are not bright and the snow is still melting, I know the weather has turned the corner.  These are some of the greatest colors..

The grey gloomy skies are just what we need.  It is April and April showers bring may flowers in my part of the world.

The grass edging up through the snow revealing the dirty leftovers of the winter.  With the spring rains, the color will be back soon.

Many of us in the rural areas are dealing with sloppy driveways although, mine is not as bad as a lot of people I know.  (For those of you that noticed the Christmas decor....Still froze in from a early December heavy rain.)

And dirty snow is the greatest testament of spring just around the corner.

Yes, many people are complaining that the sun isn't out and that it is all sloppy, but these same people will be complaining when the sun is out and it is 85 out that it is to hot.

I am glad I have more to talk about than how terrible each day is in my life!

William ~  Funny -- as I'm reading this (It's 52 degrees and a bit overcast, but my window is open) I hear something which sounds like rain.  As I stop typing to look out, I realize it is the wind blowing through the Palm tree outside my window.  Point being, we are all very Blessed this day . . .

Bill...

It's time for the snow to go away for another year. Isn't fishing season just around the corner?

Each day is a gift from God and to be enjoyed! We are greening up here and todays high is supposed to be around 82 with a very strong southern wind today, and then clouding up and storms tonight.

I think we may see some flooding this year from all of the snow up north, along with ours this winter too!
