On days like today, I like to tell folks, "If a house can't look good on a day like this, it never will look good."
Conversely, on a dreary gray day, I sometimes say, "If a house looks good today, we can figure it will look GREAT when the sun comes out."
But...
When the sun is shining bright in that blue North Carolina sky, and the trees and shrubs have their new greenery on display,
When the grass is fresh green, and the azaleas and dogwoods are putting on a show,
When the entire setting is gorgeous and alive, it's just up to the house to not drop the ball.
A day like this really puts the pressure on the house. And, of course, the Seller.
