Sorry I couldn't show your listing today........I forgot to bring my boat.

After a LONG day of rain and thunderstorms yesterday I set off to show a home to clients in Harford County this morning. As I turned onto the driveway I was faced with this.

Should we stay (and venture over) or should we go and abandon the showing?

My clients decided that they did not want to deal with this today or in the future.

That was probably a good decision to not cross that "river" to see the home. I was just in TN at a home that all of a sudden had a new "pond" in their yard from all the rains too.
