Annual Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival Held At Bass Pro Shops Springfield Missouri
We attended the 10th Annual Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival at Bass Pro Shops in Springfield Missouri over the weekend. Hundred of people attended. Each year the Rotarians of Springfield hold this event to raise money for agencies that serve "Childred of the Ozarks".
Among some of the charities are the Boys and Girls Town of Missouri, Big Brother/Big Sisters, Ozark Trails Council - Boy Scouts of America, Ozarks Regional YMCA, the Good Samaritan Boys Ranch and others.
Faith Technologies was one of the entries among a large number of entries. I must admit, I did not taste any of the great BBQ from any of these entries, I do have an excuse......I'm on a diet!
Lots of great bands and even the famous Budweiser Clydesdales were there.
The weather was a little chilly, but it didn't stop these beautiful animals from showing off. The Clydesdale Dalmatian was perfect as well. 
We'll be back next year......and maybe then we'll taste all the great entries.
