See, people enjoy their time off. And, when holidays have a religious significance, like Easter, that amplifies the desire that people have to be able to enjoy their day with family, friends, or just alone.
"WAIT," they say,"don't they want to SELL THEIR HOME IN HOOVER, BIRMINGHAM, VESTVIA, or TRUSSVILLE?"
