ACTIVE RAIN KODAK SIGN/FLYER CHALLENGE

I enjoy getting my flyer's ready for the Home Seller and have COLOR flyer's inside and out of the home. I also have no problem writing all the info. down (including the price) because I already have the listing and most Buyers already have representation and I personally don't like to be dual agency for both parties as there usually is Conflict of Interest no matter how you see it. If, the Buyer wants to work with me, I always have them represented by my Broker if need be... or another colleague in the office.

I try to implement my technology features to my flyer as well as my business card info. No need in having to type allyour info and re- setting if you already have a .jpg of your business card. Just insert the pic to your flyer... It's amazing how much time you save! I always insert a GREAT view photo or one of the front house. The feature PHOTOis always the better picture. When applying my copy, I try to give the basic bedroom and bath info and a short blurb on the home so that it gives potential buyers to call me for more information. For example: send me more pictures, is there HOA?, attached garage?, etc. My QR code will always be added to my signs and flyer's as the tech-y clients may not want to keep flyer's or business cards and can zap the QR code for a quick reference on their cell phones.
