Space Shuttle Endeavour Launches for the Last Time on Friday 4/29/2011 at 3:47 pm. It will be a madhouse all along the Space Coast with parked cars on the side of the road, filled viewing areas and packed beaches. Traffic is usually insane so I only go where my bike can take me and my camera. Fortunately, the beach is only a few minutes away. Commander Mark Kelly's wife, US Representative Gabrielle Giffords, is cleared to attend. President Obama will reportedly be there too. The shuttle program has been good for my area and I'll be sad to see it end soon. Companies like Space X will have to take over now.
