I stopped to fill up with gas on Thursday afternoon, Ssomeone walking out of the store who knew I was a Realtor informed me that "there ain't nothing selling" . He proceed to tell me that he had spoke to two other Realtor's who had told him so.
My reply was that, I have only had two closings this week. He looked at my like I was crazy. Then he went on to tell me who he spoke with and he could no see how I sold anything. I just said well I just keep on going to closings.
I know the agents he had spoke with. They are not on Active Rain and do no advertising that I can see. On top of that they just work Real Estate part time and carry very few if any listings. One of them even told me in the past that he was not interested in getting listings because they will not sell.
I would keep on talking about this, but I just had a call from ssomeone who is pre-approved by a very good lender asking if I had time to show him the last house I emailed to him. He is very interested and thinking about making an offer on it. When I finish with him I need to check on the status of the three offers I have submitted and the two contracts I have pending.
