The sales volume is down for resale homes 10.7 percent and down 12.5 percent on condos and down 0.6 percent for new homes.

- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 10.1 percent and the sales volume is down 7.0 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are down 10.0 percent and the sales volume is up 4.4 percent.
