Are there more and more Realtors phishing with the more challenging real estate market in your areas? Are you one of them?
I see in my area more Realtors leaving signs on properties and MLS listings as "Actives" when those properties have already been sold or leased. So, I continue to spend more time re-verifying with the listing agents whether the properties are still available.
This is just another reason why Realtors as a whole group get a bad rap like car salesmen! As the saying goes... "What goes around, comes around." There's something about Karma.
Let's put higher level of ETHICS into what we do!
