Thankful Thursdays: A City That Prays...National Day of Prayer
Today was no ordinary Thursday and it was most certainly a Thankful Thursday. Today in
recognition of the National Day of Prayer both the cities of Chino and Chino Hills held gatherings. While I usually attend this event in Chino Hills, today I went to the gathering in Chino held at Chino City Hall. What a magnificent experience to join with local City officials and individuals in prayer for Our Nation, Education, The Media, The Military and Families. As Chino Mayor, Dennis Yates, opened it made me proud to live and work in such an amazing community. I am thankful to be a part of the Chino Valley and be surrounded with people who share the same core values and beliefs.
