April Showers and a few warm days in May brings on the blossoms.

This is the first real amount of blossoms of the spring this year.    WE had a lot of rain this spring and cold weather, but, with the weather warming some early in the week and near 70 the last two days, the daffodils have shown their pretty heads.

I guess the spring is not lost this year after all.

Bill, it is so beautiful.  We have so much rain in April, it is more than shower for sure.

Our daffodils are done now here on Long Island. We have moved onto crabapple blossoms... which is killing my allergies ! Wow !

Bill - you are sooo lucky.  Did you know that your spring has been warmer than mine - how does that work since you are so much farther north?  Our flowers and trees are at least 3 week behind a normal spring.  The Daffodils are just opened, the magnolias and about 1/2 in bloom, haven't seen a tulip yet!

Our Tulips are still in the bud stage.  We have finally seen a few warm days to encourage growth.

Bill, Love the picture.  Our flowers are just budding and should open in a day or so if the weather holds.
