Gary Peitz is an experienced restaurateur operating many fine dining establishments. His experience in the main was in the Bay Area, managing such restaurants as Piatti Ristorante, Evvia, and The Wild Hare. His Dish Home Cooking was a favorite amongst locals. Joining Gary is Eddie Sneva who won the annual cookoff twice and was the chef at such local favorites as Trinity and 41 South. Also joining Gary is Gary Lirette, formerly of Commander's Palace in New Orleans and author of Passion for Wine. Their goal is to provide world-class fun and food as their experience has taught them our local community loves.
