Just next to the Naples Beach Hotel off of Gulf Shore Boulevard is public access beach of 8th Avenue North. It is the beach just north of Old Naples and located very close to Coquina Sands. There are spaces available to the public for metered parking or free parking for those with a Naples beach parking sticker. Parking here gives you close access to the fantastic Sunset Beach Bar of the Naples Beach Hotel. At the Sunset Beach Bar you can get drinks and food to enjoy as you relax on the beach or watch the sunset. Restrooms are also available at the bar area.
The bar itself is open from 11am until midnight Sunday through Thursday and is open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. Another enjoyable aspect of this beach is the live music on Sunday and Monday evenings. On Mondays from 5:30pm-8:30pm enjoy the music of a live solo guitarist. And on Sunday evenings enjoy a drink and dancing from 6:00pm-9:00pm with music at the Pool Party.
Food is available Monday – Saturday from 11:30am-11:30pm and on Sundays from 11:30am-5:00pm. Enjoy the daily chef special or try the Beach Club Wrap. You can also get fried calamari or chips with hummus, salsa or cheese to share. Or you can choose one of the classics: chicken sandwich, burger, or quesadilla. For those who like added entertainment or the chance to get a drink and great food while at the beach, this is a great beach location to enjoy.
