Florida Inspetors Must Read

Home Inspector with Gold Coast Inspections

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 CORAL SPRINGS, FL -

Soon to launch...insurancediscountinspections.com is looking for qualified applicants to join it's inspection force.  Specifically designed to help Florida homeowners save on wind storm premiums by conducting Wind Mitigation Inspections.

Our company is looking for qualified inspectors throughout Florida to assist this need.

Conversing with independent agents throughout Florida, one constant is the lack of productivity and accurate reporting due to not having a reliable service provider that can facilitate these inspections and certifications locally and statewide.

With this in mind, we are proud to announce...

insurancediscountinspections.com

insurancediscountinspections.com is a consumer service company dedicated to maximizing property insurance discounts for homeowners throughout Florida by performing Wind Mitigation and 4 Point Inspections.  With over 7.4 million homeowners in Florida, this will present a staffing opportunity.

Within weeks we will start the inspector application process in efforts of ramping up for the roll out and are in need qualified professionals to fill specific territories of coverage.  These territories of coverage will be county defined.  Single positions will be necessary for smaller areas and multi-inspector companies for larger.  The preference for applicants will be limited to those who currently hold valid Florida certifications in one or more of the following:

  1. Professional Engineer
  2. General Contractor
  3. Residential Contractor
  4. ICC B1 Residential Building Inspector
  5. Certified Residential Inspector and My Safe Florida Home Program Certification

We are aware that many inspectors are providing these services to their clients and it is our intention to drive more business to these individuals.  The relationship with inspectors will be one of a vendor status, where Florida homeowners will utilize our web site or our phone operations center to order and pay for these services.  Once the order has been received, the inspector vendor will have the ability to access their respective "Order Bundle" within our website to receive and schedule their inspections.  A lucrative fee split schedule has been formulated and disbursements will occur weekly based upon the Vendor Recap Invoice.

We are currently in discussions with primary lenders, Florida insurance carriers, independent brokers and underwriting agencies regarding form compliance, broad base marketing efforts (state compliance), web site links and an Agent Partner Program providing customized marketing tools.  Local and state wide radio and television editorial opportunities are in the works and we are in dialogue with grass roots consumer organizations planning a "beat the drum" campaign.  In addition, we are cultivating relationships with municipal and legislative leaders in efforts of spotlighting our company and services.

Interested inspectors are encouraged to respond, via the temporary email: insdiscinsp@aol.com by October 20, 2007, with the following information:

  1. Resume of qualifications and brief company bio (include # of inspectors and bi-lingual status)
  2. Territory of interest (coverage area by county)
  3. Copies of Florida certifications and association memberships
  4. Copies of county/municipal business licenses, Articles Of Incorporation and EIN #
  5. Insurance verification (liability 300k min. and E & O)

Note:  The website is in progress and will not be available for viewing until October 25, 2007.  We are in the final process of bundle configuration and anticipating a fluid launch.

As we narrow down the selection process, we will be outlining the following:

  1. Overall business plan
  2. Initial and ongoing marketing efforts
  3. Website logistics
  4. Call center operations
  5. Retrieving daily order confirmations
  6. Daily appointment scheduling, customer response mandates and time management
  7. Mitigation Protocol
  8. Daily form and photo generating
  9. Weekly recap requirements
  10. Fee schedules, vendor recaps and weekly vendor disbursements
  11. General Administration
  12. Client/Agent Confidentiality Agreement

Those whom were involved in the My Safe Florida Home Program may have some reservations as to the execution of the business and response to the needs of the Field Inspectors.  I can assure every prospective candidate a sense of urgency in addressing these practical issues.  As an individual with senior management experience within fortune 500 companies and a fellow inspector, I understand  the necessity for clear communication and steadfast dedication to furthering our industry and the financial benefits of our inspection community.

I want to thank you in advance for your consideration.  I look forward to the growth in our industry.

Sincerely,

David B. Manley
