Oh dear!  A Homeowner Association story...need I say more?  If you’ve ever lived in a community with a Homeowner’s Association, you already know it is the biggest political challenge ever undertaken.  It’s worse than the city, county, state or even federal bureaucrats.  Unfortunately Oakridge is no different.  No one remembers what happened before the latest election.  So…the new directors make dreadful business decisions without any training and with precious little experience in running an organization and often the directors act and spend precious dollars without consulting those they are elected to serve.   If you want to know the ‘whole’ story in Oakridge.  Keep in touch.  See you back here soon.
