Active Adult Community in Bucks County, Pa. Knox Court condos in Heritage Creek , Warwick township.

These are lovely units in elevator bulidings. Some of them have a garage..

The best thing that people love about living here is the lifestyle. It is like year round vacation because of the 15,000 square ft clubhouse.

They have indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts, bocce courts and there is a golf course close by.There are lots of activities, computer rooms,library, exercise room, craft room ,billiards,etc.

I looked up the mls recently and found the lowest listed price for a two bedroom condo was $226,900.

Among the homes that sold recently, there was one that sold for $215,000 and another sold for $252,500.

These active lifestyle communities do offer a lot. Sounds a lot like the ones we have here although we can't match the snow!

Kristin, I love the life style 55plus communities offer. It would be nice if there were no age restrictions because there would be many more who would want some of the amenities.

Dick and Dixie, There are many people who prefer to live closer to home when they retire , rather than move to Florida . One of the things they consdier is snow removal.
